Snowflake Manicure

Here's my sad attempt at nail art. I was trying to make off-centered snowflakes. A lot of my family thought it was people standing in a circle holding hands lol. For the base I used one coat of Ninja Polish Sapphire Dreams. For my middle and pinkie finger I used one coat of Lynnderella Ice the Snowcake. For the 'snowflakes' I used a small dotting tool to make the lines and Sinful Color Snow Me White (it's the only white I have). I think it turned out alright:) Not too shabby for a novice.

My Surgery Day Manicure!

So yesterday I ended up having outpatient surgery. I had a kidney stone that would not pass. So my Doc had to scoop it out. Oh, and yes, as I'm writing this I'm slightly doped up lol.
I didn't purposely paint my nails for the surgery. I did them Wednesday night and found out they could fit me in for my surgery Thursday morning.

I used one coat of my favorite matte polish: Man Glaze Royal Matterimoaning, an awesome sapphire blue.

I then used two coats of Lynnderella Once In A Blue Rune. This color came out in her Halloween collection and can be found on ebay. The glitter was very easy to spread and work with.

Rune has cobalt holographic glitter with a hint of deep purple glitter. You can see all the different sizes and colors of glitter in the picture below.

Ok, well I think I'm going to take a nap now. Hope you enjoyed!

First Experience: Enchanted Polish Gummy Worm

I've been fighting with photoshop all week! All to put that stupid watermark on the picture below.....For some reason this program is my kryptonite lol!
Anyways, I finally got around to trying my first Enchanted Polish. Gummy Worm is a bright lime green holographic polish. When the bottle arrived I was very nervous. I did not think this color would look good on me. It sat on my table for two weeks.

Well holy shit! This polish is amazing!! It had the perfect application and the color was more wonderful than in the bottle! I only need two coats and it dried nice and fast. I used Lynnderella I Can Afford It as accent nail.
I'm totally saving my pennies to snag some more Enchanted Polish!

Until next time,

Lynnderella Shape Shifter

Oh the drama...enough said on that. I think some people are going to be nervous admitting they like Lynnderella. Well screw it...I don't necessarily agree with the business tactics but I like this freakin' polish. Can't help it. Shape Shifter has silver holographic glitter in a clear base. There's supposed to be different shapes throughout the bottle: butterflies, stars, hexes, bars, crescents and flowers.

As you can see in the picture above there are only hexes and bar glitter. I didn't really try that hard to look for the shapes. I've had this polish for six months (yes I'm now just swatching it, that's how behind I am) and I was lazy and shook it for 5 seconds. I did get some stars and crescents out but those ended up on my other hand (which I will not swatch, I hate it). This is 2 coats over Orly Out Of This World. I didn't have any curling or warped glitter (remember sat for 6 months). I did have to 'lay' the glitter on top but I don't really mind doing that. I topped everything off with Gelous and CG Fast Forward. Everything was smooth with no bumps.

So remember: I like the polish.
I need a more organized way to go about swatching my polishes. I still can't decide how I want to organize my polish in general. It's become this complex dilemma lol!

Lynnderella Bibbitty, Bobbitty, Boo Blue (BBBB)

I had to bust out these archived photos because I've been painting my bathroom and my hands are a mess!! When I took these I was messing with the setting on my camera, trying different angles, and lighting.
I used 2 coat of OPI Swimsuit...Nailed It. I then used 2 coats of Lynnderella BBBB. I topped everything off with Seche Vite!

Enjoy the old school photos!

Now, if you can provide an US address (friend/family) I will gladly ship to that address.
I love my bubble wrap and will ship very securely. With that being said, I can not be responsible for what happens when the items are shipped.
