Color Club Gift of Sparkle

First off, excuse the shitty picture...I had to use my iPhone because my camera battery had died and I really want to change my polish:) 

Color Club Gift of Sparkle is a purple and chunky holographic glitter in a purple base. I really do like this color! The formula was very thick but still manageable. I only needed two coats. A big plus in my book is that it dries fast! But it does dry dull with some gritty texture. I slapped on a couple coats of Sally Hansen Quick Dry = problem solved! 

I have a ridiculous amount of polish I need to swatch. Just because I've been quiet on the blog does not mean I haven't been buying lol!

Color Club Otherworldly

Color Club Otherworldly came out in 2011 in the Starry Temptress collection. This is actually one of my favorite collections. It's a ridiculously (in a good way) bright blue with holographic glitter. The whole collection is just bright and fun. It was very easy to apply and it dried quickly. This is two coats topped with Gelous and SV.

OCRF In The Teal

Color Club Super Saturday Teal was one of the colors developed exclusively for Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. They match the colors used in the funds logo.
Super is a medium cream teal. It was very easy to work with and I used three coats.

Color Club Revvvolution

Right after I put this sucker on I drooled a little...a black holo!! This came out in the Femme Fatale collection for spring 2009. Application was flawless. I don't have many other words for this polish except for PERFECT:)
Please excuse the tip wear. I took these pictures after a full day work.

I have been swatching my nails but they were in a hairy place but now things are looking up and I'll be posting more:)

Color Club Holiday Splendor

Color Club Holiday Splendor is from the 2011 Beyond the Mistletoe collection. It is a green base with multi-colored glitter as you can see in the two pictures below. I applied two coats and topped with SV.

Ahhh....Glitter Envy

Color Club Green Envy is up for random polish of the day. It is from the 2011 Wicked Temptress collection. This color is a bright, bright neon green with lots of glitter. The formula is a little thick but managable. When dry the glitter can feel a little gritty so I would definitely suggest a topcoat.

I would definitely suggest grabbing a least one color from this collection! They are just so different and awesome. Color Club wow's me again!

Color Club Wink, Wink, Twinkle

Color Club Wink, Wink, Twinkle was the color I used for my Easter Day mani. This is from their Starry Temptress collection. Sorry for the day late post. I was so busy yesterday and didn't get home till 1 A.M. :( Wink, Wink is a neon purple with what looks like silver glitter. There is a ton of glitter in this polish which is fantastic. It wasn't super bumpy when it dried but I would definitely use a top coat. This is my first experience with Color Club. I am impressed! I bought three colors from this collection and I'm excited to try the other two!


Wink was a thicker polish, so I only needed two coats. One thing that always wins me over with a polish is if it dries fast. This dried by the time I was done with my second hand. I plan on adding more color club to my collection. I would love to hear what your favorite brands are. I'm always looking for new ones to try.
