Uhhhh.........(Trying to lift jaw off the floor)!

Today, I received some nail mail from the lovely Llarowe. My Lynnderella's have arrived! Of course I had to change my mani right away.

Essie Grow Faster base coat- 1 coat
OPI Suzi Skis In The Pyrenees Suede- 2 coats
Lynnderella Mercury's Rainbow- 2coats
All this was topped with Glitter Tamer and Sally Hansen Diamond Flash.

I just took a bunch of pictures in different lighting trying to capture everything that is going on in that bottle! These polishes are a work of art. Lynn is rocking it right now!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Hope you have a wonderful day. I wore Essie's Little Brown Dress today. It's basically like pouring melted Hershey chocolate on your nails. I wanted to do something a little more involved but I didn't have enough time.
Until next time,

Essie Midnight Cami

I wish I was able to do this color justice. Essie Midnight Cami is a deep shimmering blue. You can see the shimmer in the bottle but I could not capture it on the nail. Two reasons for this I think. 1. I put on way too much. I used three thick coats and that's why it looks so dark. 2. I was hoping to take these pictures outside but the sun was not out. I did think the formula was thick anyways, so I should have used a light hand. I topped this off with China Glaze Fast Forward. I think is a color that I will be using often!

After a day I decided to dress Midnight Cami up a little more. I topped it with Nfu-Oh 39. I love their flakies!! Can you see the blue and green. I like watching it change in the light.

I'm really glad I finally decided to purchase some Nfu-Oh polishes. I mentioned before that I had one color stain my nails but I think it should have been used as a top coat instead of just a regular polish.
Until next time,

French Affair!

Do you ever do your nails and they look so nice and then...dammit...you bump the bottle of polish or the edge of your table and you smeared your fresh manicure. Well this is what happened the first time I wore Essie's Coat Azure from the French Affair collection. I think the pictures look nice but as soon as I was done taking them, I screwed up my nails so bad that I took it off. This is a really pretty medium blue with shimmer. It's a little lighter than in the pictures. The sun hasn't been coming around that much. The only thing I wish about this polish is that it was thinner. I just have such a hard time working with thick polish. I know I just need to go buy some thinner....such a simple solution lol.

My cuticles are completely ruined right now. I have been working a lot and washing my hands all the time makes them really dry. Lotion and cuticle oil is not helping that much. If anyone has any advice, send it this way.
Until next time,
