Lush Lacquer Party Rockin'

I did some more layering, this time using Lush Lacquers Party Rockin'. First I used 2 coats of Hits Zeus (I haven't used it since the first time I received and it sure became thick and goopy) and topped that with 1 coat of Party Rockin' (anyone else now have that song from LMFAO stuck in their head?). As you can see from the pictures below the glitter is a variety of colors and shapes. It's like I threw confetti on my hands.

Up Close and Personal

The glitter was very easy to spread and dried pretty fast. I topped everything off with one coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast. It was nice and smooth after that. I'm glad I used it over a grayish/black because the colors really popped!

Hits Apolo (Color Focus on Blue)

Today I have another blue to show you guys! Apolo is from the Hits No Olimpo collection. Apolo is the perfect royal blue holo. It applied even, smooth, dried quickly and I only needed two coats. So far this is my favorite collection from Hits. I know some people have had problems with their brushes being wonky but I've had good luck so far. The only issue I have noticed is the brush not being even. I would definitely check these out, especially if you are a holo fan. You can purchase them from llarowe.

Flakey Friday

Below we have another flakey manicure. I really like how this one turned out! I used two coats of Manic Panic Blood Thirsty (purple shimmer) followed by two coats of Hits Can Can (purple base with green and blue flakies). 

This was my first time using Manic Panic. I really liked the formula, it went on smooth and even. I especially enjoyed the brush. It was stiff but spread the polish well. I hope you guys are enjoying this new theme for Fridays.

Happy Holo Monday (Hits Hera)

A few days ago I decided to start Flakey Friday. Well Monday's can suck too so I decide to have Happy Holo Monday!! Who doesn't want to start the week with a Holo! Here we have  HITs Hera from the No Olimpo collection. This is a green/teal holo. I think it came out more teal in my pictures. Formula applies with no problem but the brush was a little wonky.

Hits No Olimpo Hestia

I ordered a bunch of Hits from Llarowe a few weeks ago. This is my first experience with them and I must say I am quite surprised. Hestia is a lilac holographic purple.
Just look at all those colors come through! The formula was a little on the sheer side but easy to work with. The only problem is the brush.  It's not cut evenly and is a little frumpy but it works.
